About

Mark Fox is a Toronto software developer who is both somewhat surprised by the lack of attention to the possible change to Ontario Electoral System and unsure of whether or not this possible change is a good development.

Is FPTP (in 2003 the Ontario Liberals received 72 of 103 seats with 46.5% of the votes cast) or MMP (who chooses the list? why two ballots? will it always be a minority government?) is the right choice? Maybe blogging the referendum will help.

I like your approach — selective, cool and factual insofar as any facts are available.

It’s a fact that Compass got its old poll into the National Post, but…..
let’s hope some better current polling becomes available soon.
